34 named in cut Uganda Rugby Cranes team as they prepare for the international season

Brian Makalama and Robert Musinguzi are in temporary charge of the Uganda Rugby Cranes. In the absence of the hospitalized “Soggy”. 

One of the responsibilities they have carried out is to trim the Cranes Rugby team from the 72 that were called to 34. 

Coach Brian says the players they have retained are those willing to work as a unit and willing to learn. The 34 will continue training ahead of the 2021 XVs international season. 

The Rugby Cranes faces Kenya in the annual Elgon Cup in June. 

I’m July Uganda Rugby team plays in the Rugby World Cup 2023 qualifiers. The Rugby Africa Cup will also act as the World Cup qualifiers.  Uganda is scheduled to play Ghana and Algeria in the Rugby Africa Cup.
