After a long drought with no win, Warriors finally won against Rams in a hard fought victory in game week 8. The Warriors moved from 10th to 9th after spending the better part of the season anchoring the table from bottom. They got their first win of the season against fellow strugglers, Rams who now linger in tenth.
As the Warriors visit the Buffaloes at Kyadondo, they will hope to replicate their performance last weekend and give the Buffaloes a run for their money as the season comes to its climax.
It should be noted that Buffaloes come into this game with fresh legs since their game vs Rhinos last weekend was postponed due to a positive COVID-19 case in the Rhinos camp. Buffaloes are in 6th position with 13 points and have three wins and 4 losses in the season so far.
They have a chance to catch up to the Mongers who are 5th with 17 points since they have a pending game and therefore they will be playing to cement their position and end the season on a high. This game is expected to be a quick free flowing one with both teams attacking more than defending.
The Buffaloes line up will have Kafeero Robert, Ebau Daniel, Katumba Jimmy, Toolit Eric, Ogwal Romano, Agassi David, Agany Solomon, Pirio Bob Ken, Makmot Kevin, Walker Liam, Wanyoyo Aaaron, Odhiambo Ivan, Tabaruka Brian, Okello Vincent, Tukei Aaron. The finishers will include; Watmon Faruk, Kamara Paul, Akampa Arthur, Okello Ben, Wasswa Jeremiah, Kayima Edrine, Odoch Ivan, Seguya Wilfred.
Warriors had not released their lineup by time of press. The game will be at 4:00pm at Kyadondo.
