The Fufa Big League fixture scheduled for Thursday 10th June 2021 has been rescheduled by the FUFA Competitions Department due to the President’s directives of suspending inter-district travels due to increasing COVID-19 cases.
During the state of the Nation address, His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni the President of the Republic of Uganda under the Ministry of Health Guidelines on COVID-19 Pandemic, banned inter-district travels due to the new Covid-19 surge and allowed sports events to go on but without fans in the stadiums to observe the SOPS and encouraged players & Officials to have their PCR test and Covid-19 vaccination certificate which will help them to keep away from Covid-19.
Here is the part of the letter addressed by the Competitions Director Hajjat Aisha Nalule to Big League Clubs.
“Following the President’s directive of suspending inter-district travels, this is to inform you that the StarTimes FUFA Big League fixture match Day 13 which were supposed to be played on 10th June 2021 have been rescheduled to Wednesday 9th June 2021,”

4:00 pm, Maroons FC vs Kataka FC at Prisons Grounds Luzira
4:00 pm, Kigezi HomeBoyz FC vs Terrazo and Tiles FC at Kabale Municipal Stadium
4:00 pm, Gaddafi FC vs Arua Hill SC at Kyabazinga Stadium
4:00 pm, Paidha Black Angels SC vs Calvary FC at Barokoro Stadium
4:00 pm, Blacks Power FC vs Mbale Heroes at Emokori Grounds
4:00pm, Tooro United vs Luweero United FC at Mutesa II Stadium Wankulukuku.

Arua Hill Sports Club currently on top of the Elgon group and Tooro United Football Club on top of the Rwenzori group only need a win to seal their slots to the Uganda Premier League next season.
Tooro United Football Club playing in the Rwenzori group will host Luweero United Football Club on matchday 13 at Mutesa II Stadium Wankulukuku.
Tooro United Football Club sits on top of the Rwenzori group with 27 points from 12 games played, five points on top second-placed Proline Fc.
They will be hunting for three points from two games remaining at their new home between Luweero United FC and Kigezi HomeBoyz FC which will help them to gain straight Promotion to the UPL Next Season.
Tooro United started their Big League campaign from Buhinga Stadium in Fort-portal Tourism City before they shifted to Wankulukuku due to failure to extend their contract to use Buhinga Stadium as their home games.
Aru Hill SC will visit the second-placed Gaddafi FC at Kyabazinga Stadium Bugembe with only two games remaining the two clubs are separated by only 3 points this implies that a win for Arua Hill SC will earn them a direct promotion to the Uganda Premier League next season.
Arua Hill SC is currently on top of the Elgon group with 26 points above Gaddafi FC with 23 points.
A win for Gaddafi FC will push the drama to the final day where Gaddafi FC will be playing away to Calvary FC and Arua Hill SC hosting Paidha Black Angels SC in the West Nile derby.
