The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) will reward She Corporate FC with USD 30,000 if they win the 2022 CAF Women’s Champions League Zonal (CECAFA) Qualifiers.

Each member of the squad (players and officials) will get 1,000 USD for a contingent of 30 people.

The FUFA Women Super League Champions, She Corporate FC will take on Simba Queens SC in the final tonight (7:00 pm) at Chamazi Stadium.

She Corporate FC will become the fourth club to earn such bonuses after Express FC, Lady Doves FC, and KCCA FC who have been beneficiaries in the past.

This has been fulfilled by the FUFA President Hon. Magogo Moses Hassim and his Executive by rewarding excelling clubs in the region with bonuses.

She Corporate FC and Simba Queens SC will meet again in the finals after their encounter in the group stages.

She Corporate FC will look forward to revenge on the 2-0 loss against the hosts in the group stages.

Simba Queens SC and  She Corporate FC were in group B where the former topped the group with maximum points, so this may be revenge for the 2-0 loss.

The finals and third-place playoffs will be played today Saturday 27th August 2022.

Commercial Bank of Ethiopia FC will take on AS Kigali from Rwanda for the third place.

The game will be played at 4:00 pm before Simba Queens SC takes on She Corporate FC for the title challenge under floodlights at 7:00 pm.

This is the second time the two teams are meeting after a 2-0 win for the hosts in the group stages.

She Corporate FC is likely to have their players Banura Phoebe and Ainembabazi Joanita who limped off before full time in the semi-final against CBE FC back for tonight’s encounter.
