By the time the final whistle was blown, Heathens had proved to everyone that this league is theirs to lose. Compared to other teams, they looked the least affected by the long break in the league.
The game was free flowing with no penalties and less foul play despite worry from the fans about the fitness of the players.
The Black Pirates had been overpowered by a strong Heathens team that threatens to go unbeaten again after a statement win against one of their major rivals, Pirates.
