Heathens take on Rhinos at Kyadondo in an early kick off at 1400HRS. They will have however keep following the highly anticipated clash between KOBs and Pirates closely as it very likely to be the title decider.
The task is made harder with some of their players like captain Michael Wokorach, Norbert Okeny Aaron Ofoyrwoth heading to South Africa with the Uganda rugby 7s for the Solidarity Camp.
Heathens are third on the log with 34 points aiming to finish the season in at least the second position while Rhinos sit in seventh with 13 points hoping to change the table and go above Buffaloes with whom they are tied with the same points.
It’s a mountain the Heathens must climb and they must do themselves a favor before they expect one from Pirates. All Heathens fans will be rooting for Pirates at Kings Park Bweyogerere
Rhinos are fresh for this game after sitting out their last fixture against Buffaloes because of a positive COVID 19 case in their camp.
Rhinos won their last encounter against Warriors in game week 7. However they will have an uphill task against the defending champions who have the title within their reach and will play this game like their lives depend on it.
Heathens will not want any slip ups with everything they need to do to win the title depending on this game. It is not a good time for the Rhinos to face Heathens however they should be encouraged that the squad they will face will be a bit weakened having up to three of their star players off to the rugby sevens in South Africa.
May the best team win.
