Kobs up against Mulago Rams:
This game was initially scheduled to be played at Legends Rugby Club in Lugogo. However due to scheduling challenges with the concerning two other fixtures at the same venue on the same day, both the Kobs and the Rams agreed to switch the venue to the Makerere Rugby ground, “the Graveyard”.
Kobs currently sit at the top of the Premiership table with 15 points and 3 wins in 3 games played while the Rams are two places away from the bottom of the table with no win out of their 3 outings this season so far.
The Kampala old Boys will be fired up for this game and the poor Rams form will encourage them.
Rams lost 41 : 03 to Heathens in their previous match and will be hoping for a turnaround in their fortunes in this weekend’s game against the Kobs.
Rhinos take on the Mongers:
The 6th placed Rhinos come into this match wounded from a loss to the rejuvenated Jinja Hippos.
They play their closest neighbors on the table who are above them in fifth.
Mongers will be encouraged by their win over Warriors in match day three with a 28 : 14 victory.
This is an early kick off, so keep time to catch the Rhinos as they mingle with the Mongers.
Heathen and Impis lock horns:
The champions will be without key players who are away in Dubai for the Emirates Dubai Rugby 7s team call to national duty.
Impis will look to seriously stretch this game and give the champions a stern test in their own backyard playing a somewhat weakened Heathens side.
The Buffaloes meet the Hippos:
Big game clash for the park?
The Buffaloes are wounded after a 20 : 35 loss in their last game. They will be keen to avoid a defeat from a much improved Hippos side however.
Hippos will be playing their first away game of the season and it will be interesting to see how they handle this game without home advantage
Warriors encounter Pirates:
The Black Pirates are well aware that any slip up will faze away any chances they have of winning the championship.
They face a Warriors’ side who are the worst side of the season currently sitting at the base of the table with no point after 3 games.
The Pirates are in third position on the table with 11 points and will be looking to add more misery to the Warriors already bad looking season.
