Ivan Kamoga solo goal takes NEC FC joint top of the the table

Lugazi FC 0-1 NEC FC.

Ivan Kamoga was saviour of the day as NEC FC picked maximum points away to Lugazi FC 0-1 on Thursday 5th of January.

Kamoga goal came half an hour played till the final whistle hence three points for the visitors.

The result mean NEC FC moved to 27 points equal with Kitara FC who were held to a 1-1 by Soroti City FC.

Eleven goals separate the two teams Kitara fc on top while NEC FC coming second after thirteen matches.

The Bugolobi based side (NEC FC) have gone six games without defeat, winning four, drawing two and keeping five clean sheets in the process.

More so on the road NEC FC are unbeaten in the last two, won one and drawn one.

Lugazi Fc suffered the seventh defeat of the season, remained at 14 points, 11th on the FUFA Big League table.

They are winless in the previous three matches, lost two and drawn one.

NEC FC will be away again to Kyetume FC on Thursday 12th of January on the same date  Lugazi FC will be away to Kataka FC in Mbale.
