At 3 PM at the Masindi Municipal Stadium, already relegated Kitara FC will host KCCA in a return fixture of the Uganda Premier League. After losing the semifinal berth in the Uganda CUP to Vipers Football Club, the Kasasiro Boys now only have to cement their fourth place in the league, and there is a great chance for them to do it against Kitara FC who are now playing to end the season.

KCCA head coach Morley Byekwaso, addressing the media during his pre-match interview today, promised to give his players that haven’t played enough this season a chance to impress in the remaining four games. With their Club Captain Charles Lukwago out for tomorrow’s encounter, his place could be taken by another young player who hasn’t played much this season.

Byekwaso told the club website that, “We want to go to Masindi and win. We need to respect our final 4 games and finish on a high. The players know that we need to show character and the right attitude to win these games,” he said.

The Kasasiro Boys head Coach reckon that tomorrow’s games against Kitara FC would be a good game to give his guys a chance to get more playing time but he also made his intention to win very clear to them through his instructions. Morley Byekwaso took over from Mike Mutebi at the beginning of the second half of the season and he would love to help his side finish the season on a high.

Currently, they are 45 points on the table and too far away from the league leaders but they can still secure a fourth-place finish in the league. Kitara FC is already relegated after collecting only 13 points in 26 games played this season.
