Mbale Heroes earn Maximum Points over Paidha Black Angels in the FUFA Big league

Mbale Heroes won 1-0 at Mbale Municipal Stadium earlier on Thursday. 

Hussein Kheri’s charges were inspired by substitute Brian Olega to edge Paidha Black Angels at home. 

Olega replaced Vincent Owundo at the beginning of the second half. He converted the ball into the back of the net from an Ibrahim Kibumba free-kick in the 65th minute. 

The Eastern giants have earned 13 points from 9 games while the Black Angels have 4 from 9. 

Tooro United still lead the Rwenzori group

Tooro United’s Marvin Oshabye scored a stunning volley in the 70th minute to return to the top of their group. 

They have collected 20 points this season. The 1-0 win means they are 2 points ahead of 2nd placed Nyamityobora. 

Black Power beat Cavary 2-0 at Emokori playgrounds in Bukedea. 

Branson Nsubuga and Fred Anaku inspired 10 man Maroons to a 2-0 win against 10 man Gadaffi in Luzira. 

Ndejje University drew 1-1 with Terrazo and Tiles at Kakyeka in Mbarara. 

Water FC lost 1-0 to Kigezi Homeboys at Kabale Municipal stadium.
