Booma FC captain finished as the FUFA Big League first round top with sixteen goals (16) from the fifteen matches played by each team.
Patrick Henry Kaddu from Kitara FC was second with fifteen goals and Mbarara City FC’s talisman Henry Kitegenyi third with thirteen goals.
Omedi goals came in eleven games hence failing to find the back of the net in just four matches against NEC FC, Kataka Adjumani Town Council FC and Lugazi FC. He scored fives braces and six singles.
Omedi Denis scored six goals away from home in the eight games and ten at home from seven fixtures.
At the start of the season Omedi Denis the first ever Booma Fc in their first season in the FUFA Big League as they were beaten by Mbarara City FC 3-1 at Kakyeka stadium.
He went on to score in the back to back two games against Kitara FC in Masindi stadium and Luweero United away at Kasana play ground hence taking the tally to four goals in the opening three fixtures.
The versatile Omedi continued with his scoring spree bagging five goals in the last three matches against Ndejje University FC, Police FC and Calvary FC.
Booma FC finished first round 8th on the table with 19 points from 15 games, won 5, drawn 4, lost 6. Scored 22 and conceded 24 goals in the process.
