Omedi Denis continued with his scoring form with a double as Booma FC managed a 3-0 conformable home win against Ndejje University FC at Masindi stadium on Thursday 19th January in the FUFA Big League.

Omedi opened the scored after 20 minutes before doubling the lead for the Tukyate Boys in 58th minute taking his tally to 16 goal ending the league top scorer at the end of first round, one above Kitara FC striker Patrick Henry Kaddu (15) who did not score as they were held to a 1-1 away to Karo Karungi FC.

One minute to the final whistle, 2022 summer arrival from Dove FC, Wabulo Emmanuel sealed the win with the third goal, hence 3-0 in favor of the home team at full time.

Wabulo has now scored three goals for the Tukyate Boys since crossing from Dove FC.

Alinaitwe Fred men ended a seven game winless run where they had lost four and drawn three.

The result means Booma FC have won five games from the fifteen played in first round finishing 8th on the table with 19 points.

The visitors Ndejje University FC suffered seventh loss of the season remaining at 16 points dropping from 9th to 12th on the table
