Police FC thump bottom placed Kitara FC

Police FC were today up against Kitara FC at the Omondi stadium in Lugogo Kampala. Police FC were projected to win going by the performance of Kitara FC in their past 6 matches in the UPL.  

It happened as expected when the home team started to communicate their intentions as early as the fourth minute. Ben Ocen scored two goals within two minutes of each other to give his side an early 2:0 lead. They then added two goals in the 19th minutes and 36th minutes through Zaga and Muhamood Hassan to make it 4:0 before halftime.

With the game looking all done and dusted, the second half started with many fearing the worst for Kitara FC, but they managed to pull one goal back in the 54th minute through Patrick Kusemererwa to make it 4:1. To avoid further embarrassment, the team managed to defend and the match ended 4:1.

Police FC have now moved to fourth position in the league with 34 points, one above KCCA FC will play tomorrow, whereas Kitara FC remain at the bottom in 16th position.
