Rwanda National Cycling Team have summoned a squad of ten cyclists to start training ahead of the UCI Road World 2022 Championship. The cyclists have entered a training camp to start preparations.
The competitions are slated to start on 18th September 2022 in Wollongong, Australia.
The 2022 UCI World Championship will take place in Wollongong district of Australia from September 18th to 25th 2022.
The team has both men and women cyclists who are categorized into three categories that is the junior team, the elite and the Men U23.
Uwera Aline of Bugesera Women Cycling Team was called to attend the National team camp-(WJ) from which the selected will represent Wollongong under the women juniors and there are only two with Umwamikazi Djazila.
The team has ten cyclists and each of the categories has two racers like the women junior have Uwera Aline and Umwamikazi Djazila, the men juniors are Tuyizere Hashimu and Shyaka Janvier,men U23 are Iradukunda Emmanuel and Uhiriwe Byiza Renus , women elite are Tuyishime Jacqueline and Ingabire Diane, then lastly the men elites are Manizabayo Eric and Mugisha Moise
