As the preparation for the new FUFA Big League season advances, SBC Uganda the main contractor for the construction of Hoima international airport has donated 70 pieces of brand new Jerseys to Kitara Football Club.
The jerseys were handed over to Kitara Football Club deputy CEO Kato Timothy by SBC PRO Amos Murisa at a function held at Nyamasoga primary school Kabaale Sub-County Hoima District.
Murisa says this is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility.
He also pledged more support to Kitara Football Club in the fourth coming FUFA Big League season.
This is not the first time SBC Uganda is donating to Kitara Football Club.
SBC has donated the jerseys to Kitara Football Club three times now.
After the function at Nyamasoga, Kitara FC also visited the Hoima international airport which is under construction before proceeding to Kaiso for a practice match against Kyehooro Football Club.
The game ended 3-0 in favour of Kitara Football Club.
Kitara Football Club goals were scored by Arua Patrick, Zakayo Kizito and Derick Byabacwezi respectively.
The team has resumed training today at St John Bosco Seminary Grounds as they prepare for another practice match against Bweyale United on Saturday at Kigaaya Play Ground.
