At the military stadium in Bombo on Sunday, Onduparaka was looking to pick up yet another 3 points with a win against SC Villa.

The Caterpillars had a couple of chances that could have changed the fate of the game earlier in the match,  as the Arua boys saw an effort hit the angle of the crossbar and bounce back into play.

The match was full of key cautions from the center referee who had to book 9 players, 6 for SC Villa and 3 for Onduparaka, although no red card was given away. But despite many goal-scoring chances created by both teams, the first half ended 0:0.

It was an SC Villa second-half substitute Kabonge who managed to turn the tide around in the added time after 90 Minutes with the only goal that made it 1:0

This was SC Villa’s 6th win after 14 matches played this season, moving to the 7th with 22 points. They are one point above Onduparaka who occupy the 8th position on the table with 21 points.
