After winning their 3rd game of the challenge against Namibia earlier in the day, the she cranes faced off with South Africa on Sunday evening.

They however suffered a 46 : 36 loss to the South Africans.

The South Africans had a narrow lead of 12 : 10 in the 1st quarter.

The She Cranes stood their ground and managed to keep within reach, ending the 2nd quarter 20 : 18.

The 3rd quarter was however a tough call as the team went head to head with each other, only for the South Africans to take the quarter 13 : 9.

The South African defence was to thank in the 4th quarter after making several interceptions to deny Uganda scoring opportunities with the quarter ending 10 : 9 in favor of the South Africans.

South Africa go into the rest day of the series with 4 wins after 4 matches while the she cranes have now won 2 games and lost 2 in the 4 matches so far.
