The opening round of the 2022/23 National Volleyball League kicked off on 10th September with thriving matches in the Serie A tier at MTN Indoor Arena, Lugogo.

Sport-S, one of the main favorites to dethrone Ndejje Elites and OBB, had an easy start of the season, sweeping KAVC-A and OBB 3-0 in the women’s and men’s categories respectively.
