Uganda has lost its opening game of the T20I tour to Namibia by 7 wickets with 31 balls remaining.

Uganda chose to bat first after winning the toss

Kenneth Waiswa, Frank Nsubuga, Cosmas Kyewuta and Henry Ssenyondo did not bat for Uganda. Namibia now lead the 3-match series 1-0.

Namibia’s skipper Gerhard Erasmus reached a milestone of 1,000 T20 career runs with man of the match performance.

Uganda’s Cosmas Kyewuta and Ronak Patel and Namibia’s Nicol loftie – Eaton and Michau du Preez were making debuts.
