The first round of the 2022/23 FUFA Big League season will come to an end on Thursday 19th of January with eight matches at different play grounds.
Currently, Kitara Fc are table leaders with 30 points after 14 games, Mbarara City FC come 2nd with 29 points.
NEC FC and Police FC are 3rd and 4th respectively all at 27 points.
The four clubs in red zone are Lugazi FC, Soroti City FC, Adjumani Town Council FC and Northern Gateway FC 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th with 14, 14, 12 and 9 points respectively.
Kitara FC striker Patrick Henry Kaddu is the leading scorer with 15 points, Omedi Denis from Booma FC has 14 while Mbarara City FC’s Henry Kitegenyi has 13.
On Thursday 19th January as first round climaxes, Kitara FC will be away to Karo Karungi FC, Jinja North United FC hosts Police FC.
At Masindi stadium Booma FC will welcome Ndejje University FC, Mbarara City FC will make a trip to Northern Gateway FC.
Soroti City FC at home will host Kyetume FC, Lugazi FC takes on Calvary FC and NEC FC in Bugolobi will host Kataka FC.
