Uganda Cranes Head Coach Milutin Sredojevic aka Micho has reduced the provisional squad to 30 players.
On Thursday morning coach Micho reduced the provisional squad that is preparing for the 2022 African Nations Championship from 37 players who had been summoned to start preparations to 30 players.
The 37-man squad has been in the residential camp for nine days before he reduced it by seven players.
The rest of the group will continue with preparations up to Saturday, 31st December 2022 before the final travelling squad is confirmed.
On Sunday January 1st 2023, the team will travel to Tunisia for another training camp with a number of friendly games lined up.
Uganda was placed in Group B of the CHAN 2022 alongside neighbors Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal and Ivory Coast
