Uganda Cricket Association donates cricket equipment to Gulu

A donation of cricket equipment from the Uganda Cricket Association was made to the Community of Gulu City. The equipment which was received by the Gulu City sports officer Mr. Robert Okot is meant to develop the game within northern Uganda City.

Among the beneficiaries are; Gulu University, Indian Community in Gulu, Gulu Clinical School and schools combined team for the upcoming hard ball season.

Meanwhile the Uganda Cricket Association has released a list of the winners of the recently concluded castle lite T20I challenge. The predict and win competition was fronted during the Cricket Cranes’ unsuccessful tour of Namibia.

The winners who predicted the best performing Cricket Cranes in each of the series games include Large Kinene Blessing Ronnie, Apunyo Brian, Tayoleke Brian, Lillian Collins and Ivan Cyprian. The winners will be required to collect their prizes from Uganda Cricket offices at Lugogo on Friday before 2 pm.
