The 49th edition of the Stanbic Uganda cup round of 64 have been held at FUFA complex in Mengo on Thursday 24th January 2023.
Uganda premier league and FUFA Big League clubs have been drawn against region League, 5th division and none league teams.
The draw included 15 teams from Uganda premier league, 16 from FUFA Big League, 26 from 5th division and one from none league.

Nakapelimen FC from Moroto district is the only none league club in the 64 teams in this year’s round of 64.
Defending champions BUL FC will start tittle defense away to the Buganda region League side Spark FC in Mukono.
Joint record winners Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club,KCCA FC with ten trophies will make a shot trip to Kampala Junior Team who play in the Kampala region League.
Express FC who share the number of Uganda cup trophies won (10) will face the stubborn Kajjansi United who are in the Kampala region League.
2022 final losers Vipers SC will make a log trip to Hoima the oil city where they take on the Kitara region League entity Bujumbura United.
FUFA Big League first round table leaders Kitara Fc will face-off with Free Stars Fc from Mukono while Mbarara City Fc who are currently 2nd visit SC Tawai Fc.
Round of 64 matches will be played on a one leg basis between 27th January and 3rd February 2023 where the winner will qualify to the round of 32.
All Uganda premier league and FUFA Big League clubs will play their games away from home.
