The Uganda Medical League fourth outing was underway on Sunday 21st August at Old Kampala SS Grounds.
A number of games were played that saw a lot of changes on the table standings.
Mengo Hospital dropped to the third position after their loss to the current table leaders Kampala Hospital.
Mengo Hospital has been on top of the league since the season began but this was cut short by two losses against NDA and Kampala Hospital on match day four.
Nsambya Hospital had the best performance winning all their games on the day that enabled them to move to the second position.
Case Hospital dropped to the 6th position after spending the first half of the season in the top three.
This came after the team was penalized for fielding an ineligible player that cost the team all the 7 points for match day three.
