The Uganda Premier League on Friday 1st September 2022 released the full fixtures for the 2022/23 season.

Newcomers, Kyetume FC miss out after failing to meet the requirements of the licensing committee.

Hence, 15 clubs will take part in the coming campaign.

Other two new entrants in the names of Blacks Power Fc and Maroons Fc are included.

The season will kick start on Friday 30th September with the defending Champions Vipers SC hosting Soltilo Brighters Fc at St Mary’s stadium Kitende.

On the next day Saturday 1st of October thirteen league Champions KCCA FC welcome Wakiso Giants FC at the MTN Omondi stadium.

On the same day newcomers, Blacks Power FC will welcome Uganda Cup winners BUL FC as Maroons FC entertain Busoga United.

Express Fc kick start the campaign away to UPDF FC, record winners SC Villa host Wasswa Bossa’s Gaddafi Modern FC.

The tax collectors, URA FC will welcome the Caterpillars of Onduparaka FC at the Arena of visions.

The first round will end on December 12th this year after each Club plays 14 games.

The second round of the season will kick start on February 9th, 2023.

The season will come to an end on the 27th of May 2023 with each club playing a total of 29 games.

Matchday one fixtures.

Friday 30th September

Vipers SC vs Soltilo Brighters Fc.

Saturday 1st October.

UPDF FC vs Express FC

KCCA FC vs Wakiso Giants FC.

SC Villa vs Gaddafi Modern FC.

Blacks Power FC Vs BUL FC.

URA FC vs Onduparaka FC.

Maroons Fc Vs Busoga United.
