Seven time league Champions, Express FC have completed the signing of defender Derrick Ngobi on a two year deal.
He joins the Red Eagles on a free transfer after his contract at Soltilo Brighters FC expired at the end of last season.
His arrival comes at a time after the departure of Deus Bukenya (Kagera Sugar FC) and Murushid Juuko (Vipers SC).
Ngobi has played for Kikyusa FC and Luweero United before a move to Soltilo Brighters FC where he has been for four years.
He played 114 games and scored 5 goals for the mwererwe side.
Last season, he won three man of the match accolades.
