Money bags Vipers SC have completed the signing of the proven goal poacher Karim Ndugwa from BUL FC.
Ndugwa 30, has signed a two year working contract with the Venoms till 2025.
He becomes the second player to join the Kitende side in the ongoing January transfer window after winger Martin Kiiza from Express FC.
Ndugwa who joined the Jinja side in January 2022 replacing Musa Esenu, scored six goals in first round for BUL FC guiding Alex Isabirye coached side to 2nd place after 14 games.
Ndugwa too last season was pivotal as BUL FC won their first ever Stanbic Uganda cup trophy. He scored a brace as they beat Vipers SC 3-1 in finals which were played at Masindi stadium.
More so he finished as the top scorer in the Uganda cup with nine goals.
Karim Ndugwa’s arrivals comes at the time Vipers SC are in the final presentations for CAF champions league group stages where they face Simba SC, Horoya AC and Raja Casablanca.
The Uganda premier league 2nd round is also under way, they finished 3rd with 27 points after 14 games played in first round.
At Vipers SC will face competition for the starting place from Cromwell Rwothomio, Yunus Sentamu, Abubakar Lawal and Darcy Mbaka.
