Following the solo goal of John Byamukama that saw the defending champions lose to Express FC by a single goal at the St. Mary’s Kitende stadium last evening, URA FC will fancy their chances of going ahead of Vipers FC tomoroow when they Visit Bright Stars FC.

Vipers FC’s first home loss of the season saw them remain at 43 points after completing 20 games in this season of the UPL. And even though they are still on top of the log, they may not be there by the end of tomorrow evening.

URA FC who have over the last few weeks been head to head with The Venoms of Kitende now clearly have their chance to get ahead of the defending champions. They will play their 20th game of the season away from home against Bright Stars FC. They will come into that game level at points with Vipers SC with only a lower goal difference keeping them in second position.

The Tax Collectors will be playing for a much better result than they picked up when the were held to a goalless draw by SC Villa earlier in the week. They will bank on their strike force of Dada Ibrahim, Mukwala Steven, and Cromwell Rwothomio to net the balls and earn them a top spot on the UPL table.

Bright Stars on the other hand will be looking to build onto the win against Express FC earlier in the week. They currently sit in position 9 of the UPL table with 29 points. And at this point in the season, we remain to see whether they will be victims or tormentors in this key battle of the UPL season.
