URA had to take matters into their own hands to end the UPDF’s 2 games in a row clean sheet.

It was always going to a highly contested match between the two giants, who were all looking to win 3 matches back to back in the competition.

But it was the Uganda Revenue Authority who took the lead in the first half with a 31 minutes goal from Stephen Mukwala. Second half started with the away team feeling optimistic to comeback into the game, with all their players throwing everything at it.

But it was the home team that managed to hold on to their 1 : 0 lead until the final whistle was blown. With this result, URA will move to 3rd place on the league table level on the same points with Vipers FC with a superior goal difference but with an  extra game played
