URA FC parts ways with assistant coach Baker Mbowa

URA FC have confirmed the departure of assistant coach Baker Mbowa.

Mbowa has been at the club since April 2022 working as an assistant to the head coach Sam Timbe.

The CAF B license holder came at the club after the departure of Simeone Masaba and Robert Mukasa.

Mbowa has previously worked with Proline FC, Soltilo Brighters FC and Masaka Local Council FC.

In the Masaza cup, he coached Mawokoka and Kabula teams.

“We would like to thank Baker Mbowa for the memories with us and we wish you the best in your endeavors.” Club statement reads.

Baker Mbowa is the second person to leave the club after Derrick Nsibambi who joined Albashaer Club in Oman.

URA FC finished first round of the season 11th with 14 games on the Star Times Uganda premier league table.
