Arua Hill SC has maintained an unbeaten run in this year’s FUFA Big League campaign winning 5 games and drawing 5 times out of the 10 games played.
The Leopards are now on top of Elgon group with 20 points just one point above the second and third placed Blacks Power FC and Gadaffi FC respectively with just four games to the end of the season.
Meanwhile Paidha Black Angels are battling with relegation survival after managing to win only one game and drawing once out of the 10 games played.
Paidha Black Angels FC is now lying at the bottom of the table 6 points behind the seventh placed Maroons FC.
In Rwenzori Group Tooro United FC has managed to collect 23 points from the 10 games played, 3 more points than the Elgon group table leaders.
They have won seven games, drawing twice and losing only once, their most recent win coming against second placed Nyamityobora FC beating them 2-1 at the Buhinga Stadium FortPortal
Tooro United FC is now 5 points above the second placed Nyamityobora FC who have 18 points from the 10 games played.
Proline FC in the third position is 6 points behind the table leaders Tooro United FC.
Terrazo and Tiles are lying at the bottom of the table with only 7 points from the 10 games having won once, drawing four and losing 5 games.
The top teams per group automatically qualifies for the top tier the Uganda Premier League in the following season.
The second and third placed teams go into play offs to get the third team to join the table leaders in the Uganda Premier League.
The seventh and eighth team per group are relegated into the third division
