Kitara FC vs Kyetume FC.

Fresh from the second loss of the season, Kitara FC host struggling and bad travelers Kyetume FC at Kigaya play ground, Hoima City on Thursday 22nd of December.

Kitara FC suffered the second defeat of the season against Mbarara City FC (1-0) away at Kakyeka stadium with the only goal scored by Henry Kitegenyi.

The result meant the Hoima City side dropped to 2nd on the table remaining at 20 points as Mbarara City FC moved top to 22 points and remaining the only unbeaten team in the league.

Back home Kigaya play ground, Kitara FC have registered a hundred percent record from the five matches, scored 17 goals, Conceded only two and keeping three clean sheets in the process.

They last thumped Ndejje University FC 5-1 at their home base. Thanks to Edson Agondeze brace who ended up winning the man of the match award.

Mark Twinamasiko coached side main weapon this season is scoring. They are leading the scoring chat with 22 goals.

Former KCCA FC striker Patrick Henry Kaddu is the club lead scorer with ten goals.

On the visiting Kyetume FC side, come to this one with a 2-1 home win over Jinja North United FC which took them 11th on the log with eleven points.

Kyetume FC away record this season is their disadvantage heading to Hoima City. They have lost all the four on the road, scoring only two and letting in seven.

More so, the Slaughters (Kyetume FC) have only won one drawn one and lost two in their last four matches.

This is going to be the third time the two teams will be meeting. The only two times they have faced off was in the 2020/2021 Uganda premier league season.

At Nakisunga ssaza ground in Mukono the they settled for a 1-1 draw while back at Masindi stadium Kitara FC managed a 4-2 conformable and sweet win.
