Malaba Youth Football Association FC today hosted Vipers FC in Uganda Premier League looking to continue from where they left off against Onduparaka over the weekend. But the defending champions were ruthless today, as they put 4 goals past a hollow MYDA FC defence. Striker Yunus Sentamu who got a brace against them in Kitende in the first leg, opened the scoring with a penalty in the 21 minute, before Karim Watambala added another in the 34th minute to give Vipers FC a 2 : 0 lead going into the break.
The second half started with the Venoms looking more dangerous than they would be on any normal day, as they kept pressing and pressing the depleted MYDA FC defence. And in the 47th minute, David Bagoole scored to make it 3 : 0 for the away team, before Yunus Sentamu completed his brace in the 64th minute to conclude the day 4 : 0 for the Venoms.
With this win, Vipers FC moved to 46 points, only one behind the table leaders URA FC who played yesterday. Consequently for MYDA FC, they still remain second last on the table after winning only 2 games this season.
